Mega888 works a little differently from the rest of our slot lobby. It is an app-based provider, so it has its own game username and password, its own Game Wallet, and its own two bonuses that count wins rather than bets. It also comes with one rule that costs money if you ignore it, so we have put that first.
Everything below is the Mega888-specific part of BP9: the setup, the offers and their real requirements, the trade-off against our standard slots welcome bonus, and the promotions Mega888 does not take part in.
We do not accept bets on fishing games inside Mega888. Winnings from those games are not honoured, and both the winnings and the deposit behind them can be forfeited. Treat it as a hard boundary.
In practice that means one thing: when you are in the Mega888 app, stay in the slot games. If you want to shoot fish, use the fishing providers in our own Fishing category instead, where the bets are accepted normally and count towards the fishing rebate.
The rule is strict because of what is at stake. It is not only the winnings from a fishing round that are lost: the deposit behind the play can be forfeited as well, so a single fishing session inside Mega888 can cost more than the session itself. If you hold a Mega888 bonus at the same time, the bonus terms add a second layer, because playing anything other than slots with bonus credit, including arcade, table or lottery games, voids the winnings on that bonus too.
The alternative is close at hand. Thirteen fishing studios sit in the Fishing category, including JDB, JILI, CQ9 Gaming, Spade Gaming and KA Gaming. Bets there are accepted normally and earn the daily cash rebate at 0.5% to 0.9% by tier, which Mega888 play does not earn at all.
Mega888 is a mobile slot app platform serving the Malaysian market, and it keeps its own player accounts. That is why it sits slightly apart from the rest of our slots. Most of our slot providers open straight in the browser with nothing to install and nothing extra to set up, while Mega888 needs credentials of its own before you can play.
Money still moves the same way as everywhere else on BP9. Deposits land in your Main Wallet, and withdrawals leave from it, but bets are placed from a provider’s Game Wallet. So you transfer from Main Wallet into the Mega888 wallet, play there, and transfer the balance back when you are done. If you deposit and go straight into the game without transferring, you will see an insufficient funds message, because the Game Wallet is still empty.
One more thing worth knowing before you start: each deposit carries 1x turnover of its own before it can be withdrawn. That is separate from any bonus requirement and applies whether you claim a promotion or not.
The promotion is applied at the moment of transfer, not afterwards, so decide before you press submit. Once a Mega888 bonus is active, that Game Wallet is locked until the requirement is met or the credit runs out, and withdrawals are not available while a promotion is still running.

This is a first-promotion offer. You may take only one welcome-type bonus on your account, and only as your very first promotion application, so it cannot be combined with another BP9 offer and cannot be claimed later once something else has been activated. The bonus is valid for 30 days from activation, and the credit is for slot play only. Using it on arcade, table or lottery games voids the winnings, which is a second reason to keep Mega888 play inside the slots.
The reload has no cap on the bonus amount and no limit on how many times you claim it, which makes it the everyday option once your welcome bonus is behind you. The 3x winover target is the lightest of the two, and it is recalculated for each claim on the transfer plus bonus of that claim. Slots only again.
Whichever offer you take, the Mega888 Game Wallet remains locked until you either hit the winover target or run the balance down. When one of those happens, message our live chat and the game wallet is unlocked. This is a manual step, so factor it in if you are planning a withdrawal the same day.
A turnover requirement counts what you bet. A winover requirement counts what you win. That is the whole difference, and it changes how a bonus feels in play.
Turnover grows with every settled bet, win or lose. Winover only moves when a round pays you, so the pace depends on the results rather than on how many spins you make. It is not harder or easier as a rule, just different, and the headline figure is not comparable with a turnover multiplier.
Take the welcome bonus. You transfer MYR 100 and receive MYR 50, so the wallet opens at MYR 150 and the target is five times that: MYR 750 in accumulated winnings. Transfer MYR 400 and the bonus is MYR 200, so the target becomes 5 x MYR 600, or MYR 3,000. On the reload the multiplier is three, so MYR 100 plus a MYR 10 bonus sets a MYR 330 target. That is why the Mega888 welcome offer is sometimes described as having no turnover requirement: technically true, but the winover target is the condition that actually decides when your balance becomes withdrawable.
Because only one welcome-type bonus is allowed per member, taking the Mega888 offer means giving up the standard slots welcome, and the other way round. The two are built very differently.

The slots offer doubles a smaller transfer and gives you the whole browser lobby to clear it in, but MYR 5,000 of bets on a MYR 200 balance is a lot of spinning, and only Slots-category games count towards it. The Mega888 offer pays a smaller percentage with a much higher ceiling, which suits a larger transfer, and its condition is a win target rather than a bet total. If you already know you want to play Mega888 and nothing else, it is the offer that fits. If you would rather move between our slot providers and their lobbies, take the 100% instead, and keep Mega888 for the reload bonus later.

Mega888 sits outside four BP9 offers. None of these are penalties on the provider; the offers simply do not include it.
Deposits still count towards your VIP progress in the normal way, since tiers are measured on accumulated deposits rather than on where you play.
