The live line-up covers baccarat, blackjack, roulette and poker variants, all dealt by a human dealer on camera. The rules are the standard casino rules; only the presentation and the pace change from room to room.
Baccarat is the simplest game on the floor. Two hands are dealt, Player and Banker, and the hand closest to nine wins.
You do not draw cards yourself. The drawing rules are fixed, so your only decisions are which spot to back and how much to stake.
Roulette splits into inside and outside bets. Inside bets cover single numbers or small groups of them: a straight number, a split of two, a street of three, a corner of four. They pay the most and land the least. Outside bets cover roughly half the wheel at a time, such as red or black, odd or even, high or low, plus the dozens and columns.
One general point is worth knowing before you choose a table. A single-zero wheel carries a lower house edge than a double-zero wheel, so check the wheel layout in the game window rather than assuming every roulette table is priced the same.
Blackjack is the one game on our floor where the house edge is not the only thing to think about. The play itself is familiar: beat the dealer without passing 21, with hit, stand, double and split decisions on every hand. On BP9, though, blackjack bets count for nothing towards bonus turnover and nothing towards the daily rebate, which is explained in full further down.
Live casino poker variants are generally played against the house rather than against other players, with payouts set by a fixed paytable. Asian formats such as dragon tiger and sic bo are also standard fare in live lobbies generally, so open a studio and look at the tables actually running at that moment.
Live tables are funded from a Game Wallet, not from your deposit balance directly. An approved deposit sits in the Main Wallet until you move it, so a first visit to a table with an empty Game Wallet returns an insufficient funds error.
Moving money back out of a studio wallet works the same way in reverse, and withdrawals are always paid from the Main Wallet.

Minimum bets are not set platform-wide. They differ by game and by table, and the limits for the seat you are looking at are displayed inside the game itself. So if a baccarat table feels too rich, back out and check another table in the same studio before you change rooms.
Dealer mistakes do happen on a live floor, and there is a set procedure. The round is paused while the dealer calls the pit boss, and players at the table are notified in the game chat. If the issue cannot be resolved at the table, the round is cancelled and the affected bets are refunded. That is worth knowing in advance: a cancelled round is not a lost round, but it does mean the hand you were building on disappears rather than being settled.

The daily cash rebate is paid on settled live casino turnover at 0.3% for Bronze, rising through the tiers to 0.7% at Diamond. On MYR 10,000 of settled live turnover in a day, that is MYR 30 at Bronze and MYR 70 at Diamond. It is calculated on bets settled between 00:00 and 23:59, credited by 16:00, and carries no turnover requirement of its own. Turnover already used to clear an active promotion does not earn rebate, so check the exclusions and daily timing of the rebate as well as the percentage.
The Weekly Rescue Bonus also covers live play, and it starts at a weekly net loss of RM 5,000. Net loss there means gross loss minus bonuses minus rebate, and the bonus carries 10x turnover before you can withdraw it.
