BP9 VIP Tiers Explained: Limits, Rebates and Bonuses

The BP9 VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. A new account sits at Normal until its first deposit, which places you on Bronze. Everything above that is earned with deposit volume, not with bets, and the upgrade is applied for you rather than claimed.

The tiers change four things that matter to your money: how much you can withdraw and how often, what percentage comes back as rebate, how big a weekly rescue you can be paid, and what the birthday and upgrade rewards are worth at each level.

Two things stand out once the rows are side by side. The rebate difference between Bronze and Diamond is only 0.4 of a percentage point on slots, which sounds small until you multiply it by real turnover. The withdrawal rows move much more sharply, and for an active account they are the rows that change day-to-day play.

How you qualify for a tier

Qualification is measured on accumulated deposits inside a rolling 365-day window. It is not measured on turnover, so a player who recycles a small balance through thousands of spins will not climb, while a player who funds the account heavily will. Your deposit total for tier purposes is simply the sum of every successful deposit in the past year.

There is a second condition alongside the money. You also need your verification completed to Pro level, which is handled from your profile in the member area, so it is worth finishing before you are anywhere near a threshold. Once both the deposit requirement and the Pro status are in place, the upgrade is automatic and the benefits apply as soon as it happens. There is no application form and nothing to request.

Register, verify your phone and make your first deposit to start on Bronze with a 0.50% slots rebate and daily withdrawals from day one.

What each threshold averages per day

The thresholds are easier to judge as a daily average across the qualifying year. The figures below are plain arithmetic on the 365-day requirement, not a rule or a schedule.

TierAccumulated deposits in 365 daysRough daily average
SilverMYR 250,000about MYR 685
GoldMYR 1,000,000about MYR 2,740
PlatinumMYR 3,000,000about MYR 8,220
DiamondMYR 5,000,000about MYR 13,700

Read honestly, this means Bronze is automatic and Silver is reachable for someone who plays regularly at a few hundred ringgit a session. Gold asks for a serious year. Platinum and Diamond are built for very high volume, and there is no shortcut through them, because deposits are the only currency the ladder counts.

What actually changes from one tier to the next

Bronze to Silver

Silver is where the programme starts paying you back for staying. Your daily withdrawal cap rises to MYR 80,000 and you get a third withdrawal each day. Rebates move to 0.60% and 0.40%, the weekly rescue cap rises to MYR 2,288, and you become eligible for the birthday bonus at MYR 188. Service priority also shifts from normal to high.

Silver to Gold

Gold adds a dedicated account manager, which is the first personal-service row on the chart. The daily cap becomes MYR 100,000 across up to five withdrawals, rebates reach 0.70% and 0.50%, rescue tops out at MYR 2,888 and the birthday bonus doubles to MYR 388.

Gold to Platinum

Platinum is the step where the withdrawal count stops being a limit at all: you may request as many payouts a day as you like, inside a MYR 300,000 daily total. Service priority becomes first, seasonal gifts and rewards begin, rebates go to 0.80% and 0.60%, and the birthday bonus reaches MYR 888.

Platinum to Diamond

Diamond is the only tier with no daily withdrawal cap at all, paired with an unlimited number of requests. It carries the highest rebates on the chart at 0.90% and 0.70%, a weekly rescue cap of MYR 6,888, a MYR 1,888 birthday bonus and a special birthday gift on top of it.

Daily withdrawal limits and why the count matters

The cap is the headline figure, but the count can be the limit you reach first. On Bronze you have two withdrawal requests per day inside a MYR 50,000 ceiling. If you cash out twice in the morning and hit another win in the evening, the third request waits until the next day, even though you are nowhere near the money limit. Silver gives you a third request, Gold a fifth, and Platinum removes the restriction entirely.

Your tier raises the ceiling; it does not change the conditions underneath it. Each deposit still needs 1x turnover before it can leave, the beneficiary name must match your registered name, and no withdrawal goes through while a promotion is still running, so plan a large payout around the deposit and withdrawal rules rather than around the tier chart alone.

The VIP birthday bonus

The birthday bonus pays MYR 188 at Silver, MYR 388 at Gold, MYR 888 at Platinum and MYR 1,888 at Diamond. Bronze does not receive it. Unlike the tier upgrade itself, it has an activity test attached, so it rewards members who were actually playing in the run-up to the date.

  • Your tier must be Silver or above.
  • You need 10 successful deposits in the 90 days before your birthday.
  • The reward is credited automatically to your Rewards page on the day.
  • It is paid once a year and carries 1x turnover before withdrawal.
  • A birthday on 29 February is paid on 1 March in non-leap years.

Check your date of birth in My Profile well before the date. If it is wrong, it has to be corrected through Live Chat with an identity document, passport or birth certificate, and that is not something you want to be arranging on the morning itself.

Upgrade bonus for each new tier

Reaching a new tier pays a one-off bonus: MYR 118 at Silver, MYR 500 at Gold, MYR 1,188 at Platinum and MYR 2,888 at Diamond. Bronze has no upgrade bonus, so the first one arrives with the step to Silver. Each figure is a single payment for reaching that tier, and it sits alongside the permanent changes in rebate and withdrawal limits rather than replacing them.

Seen as a ladder, the upgrade bonuses add up to MYR 4,694 for a member who climbs from Bronze all the way to Diamond. Measured against the deposit volume each step demands, they are a welcome extra rather than a reason to chase a tier: the MYR 118 for Silver arrives after MYR 250,000 of deposits in a year, and the MYR 2,888 for Diamond after MYR 5,000,000. The benefits that keep paying, the higher rebate rate, the larger rescue cap and the looser withdrawal limits, are worth considerably more over a year of play than the one-off bonus, which is why they deserve more of your attention when you decide whether a tier is worth reaching.

Rebates and rescue caps at your tier

Your tier sets your rebate percentage, which is paid daily on settled turnover with no turnover requirement of its own. Slots, fishing and crash games run from 0.50% at Bronze to 0.90% at Diamond, while sports, esports and live casino run from 0.30% to 0.70%. The exclusions and the daily timing are where the detail lives, so check how the daily cash rebate treats the games you play before you count on a figure.

The weekly rescue bonus works the other way round: the tier does not change who qualifies, only how much you can be paid. The fixed RM 138 and RM 228 payouts apply at every tier, and the percentage rescue above them is capped at MYR 1,688 on Bronze rising to MYR 6,888 on Diamond. It starts at RM 5,000 of weekly net loss and carries 10x turnover, so read the weekly rescue conditions before you count on it.

Keeping the tier you have reached

Because qualification is measured over a rolling 365 days, the window keeps moving. Deposits made more than a year ago drop out of the total, so a tier is maintained rather than owned. Status may be adjusted after a period of inactivity, which simply means your accumulated deposit inside the current window no longer supports the level you were on.

In practice, treat your tier requirement as an annual figure you sustain, not a finish line you cross once. If you expect a quiet few months, the tier most exposed is the one you only just qualified for, since the oldest deposits in your total are the ones about to expire.
